Have you ever wondered what the world was like a very long time ago? What the first humans were like? In order for us know these things we have to look at the history of pre-history. Pre-history means studying anything before writing was developed. As we look at this time period we will be able to see what they first humans were like, where they came from, and how they lived.
In this unit students will gain an understanding of where the first humans came from and early civilizations. Students will gain life learning experience through interactive exhibits online while coming to their own conclusions. Students will turn their research and findings into an interactive wiki page. Students will not only gain Social Studies knowledge but will able to write across the curriculum which would meet some of their ELA standards.
Watch the video below and tell me you it doesn't make you wonder where the world started.
